All Sales Are Final

Once a transaction has been successfully processed and a purchase is finalized, all sales are considered strictly final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies universally to all products and services offered, without exception for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or unexpected changes in personal situations. This applies to donations, too.

Buyer’s Responsibility

Every item is accompanied by comprehensive details to help you make an informed decision. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to thoroughly read the product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility requirements prior to completing your checkout. Taking the time to review this information beforehand ensures that the item will meet your exact expectations and needs.

Binding Agreement

By completing a purchase and submitting your payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Completing the checkout process acts as a binding agreement that you have reviewed all provided product information and fully accept that no financial reimbursement or credit will be issued once the order is confirmed.

When you create an account and make a purchase on our platform, we collect only the essential information needed to fulfill your orders, manage your access, and comply with standard legal and accounting requirements. This includes basic account credentials, your name, email address, billing details, and a permanent history of the products or licenses you have acquired. Because our purchases require an authenticated account, this data is continuously linked to your user profile so that your digital files, direct download links, and order summaries remain permanently accessible whenever you log in.

All financial transactions are handled off-site through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. At no point do we handle, route, or store your sensitive payment details—such as complete card numbers, CVV security codes, expiration dates, or bank account credentials—on our servers. That information is encrypted and transmitted directly through Stripe’s payment gateway. We only receive verification tokens, payment confirmation statuses, and the billing metadata necessary to issue receipts and satisfy statutory tax obligations.

Your personal information is used exclusively to maintain your user account, deliver your purchases, manage technical support requests, and prevent fraudulent activity. For any physical merchandise ordered, shipping and address data is shared solely with shipping carriers and logistics partners strictly to pack and deliver your parcel. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data or purchase records to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers.

I reserve the right to modify, update, delist, or discontinue any product, service, or digital asset at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to adjust prices, add new items, change availability, or retire listings from my store.

If I reprice or completely delist an item, it will not affect anyone in good standing who has already purchased it. You will keep your access and can continue to view and download your files from your account dashboard, provided you remain in compliance with my terms. Delisting simply means the item is no longer available for new customers to buy.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the asset. I reserve the right to revoke, restrict, or terminate your license and download access for reasonable cause. Reasonable cause includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized redistribution, reselling, piracy, or copyright infringement; fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or disputed transactions; material violations of my terms; or compliance with applicable laws, court orders, or copyright takedown notices. I will never revoke access arbitrarily, but if you breach these terms, your right to access and use the affected content immediately ceases.

All digital products, assets, presets, templates, code, and visual materials available on this site are my proprietary intellectual property and are protected under copyright law. When you purchase an item, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the specific product listing.

You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, repackage, leak, or share my raw digital files or assets, in whole or in part, on any platform, file-sharing network, or discord server. Claiming authorship, ownership, or exclusive rights to any unmodified assets created by me is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action or copyright takedown notices.

All digital items, files, and services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While I test and maintain all assets to ensure quality and functionality, I cannot guarantee that every file will be compatible with your specific third-party hardware, operating system, or software versions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use—or inability to use—any files or services obtained from this site. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, project corruption, hardware issues, or lost business revenue. In any case, my total liability to you will never exceed the exact amount you paid for the product in dispute.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and session security. Any activity, purchase, or action taken under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify me immediately so I can take appropriate security measures.

I reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account that engages in abusive behavior, security tampering, automated scraping, fraudulent chargebacks, or violations of these policies. Accounts terminated due to verified abuse or fraudulent conduct will forfeit access to any associated download links without reimbursement.

I handle customer support directly and do my best to assist with order issues, missing files, or checkout inquiries in a timely manner. Because this site is operated independently, please allow up to 24 to 48 business hours for a direct response to support inquiries.
